“Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day.”- Jocelyn Shaffer

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate in the state of Texas, and received my Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. I have had experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and bereaved families. I specialize in working with children and families who are grieving. I also work with troubled adolescents and young children dealing with big changes, including children with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Outside of my work in therapy, I have been a mentor for children and adolescents in different community groups. I believe that therapy is a safe place in which clients can feel comfortable to express emotions that sometimes are suppressed. I do my best to tailor therapy to each client’s situation or needs.

As a Family Tree provider, I am able to offer 4-6 FREE sessions of counseling to families who are experiencing conflict and who have at least one youth age 17 or younger.

Bryna works out of ROCC's Richardson office. To schedule an appointment directly with her, please call 972-559-4943 or email at brynag.counseling@gmail.com.
