Jamie earned her master’s degree in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.
She has experience working in a mental health hospital, a private practice, and a church counseling
ministry. Jamie uses an integrative approach from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT),
family systems, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), play therapy, and spirituality to help her clients
deal with anger management, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, chemical dependency,
relationship problems, grief, couple’s therapy, parenting, and social skills.
In a safe counseling environment, Jamie empowers her clients to examine their thoughts and emotions
in order to find their own strength and confidence. Jamie teaches positive coping and communication
skills for healthy relationships. Jamie is fluent in Korean and works at Richardson office.
