Jessie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Oklahoma, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling at Criswell College. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and understanding their unique and individual challenges.

Jessie’s approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and includes techniques from the psychodynamic approach, the person-centered approach, and mindfulness-based practices. Some of her practice interests include anxiety, depression, and identity development.

She works to discern the relationship between client’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a collaborative and authentic manner. Jessie understands the courage and bravery attending counseling requires, and is honored to assist clients in achieving their goals.
