Mary Clare believes it is fundamental to create a strong therapeutic relationship by viewing each client as a unique individual. Her goal is to respectfully challenge and encourage her clients to find healing emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Counseling can be a pathway for growth and healing. It is an opportunity for clients to freely express themselves, explore who they are as an individual, and understand the patterns of their behaviors in a safe environment. Counseling provides a setting where individuals learn psychological flexibility, develop the willingness to continue growing, and move in a direction that is in line with who they want to be and what is most important to them. Mary Clare hopes to help her clients develop the autonomy to draw their own conclusions and choose the direction they want to take in resolving their issues.
