Meghan grew up in Montgomery, Alabama before moving to Texas to further her education. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Auburn University Montgomery. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman's University. Meghan’s professional interests include working with LGBTQIA+ populations, anxiety, depression, and identity development in adults, and religious and spiritual concerns. 

Her approach to therapy is integrative, and grounded in humanistic theory. It includes techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), multicultural therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and interpersonal process therapy. Meghan is dedicated to working with clients to move towards personal goals, and bettering their quality of life through the therapeutic space.
