I am an experienced clinician with a history of treating a variety of populations utilizing several therapeutic techniques. I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds with a specialty in children who have both behavioral and emotional challenges. I provide individual, adult, adolescent, child and family therapy. I hold a dual specialization in both Counseling Psychology as an LPC-Intern and I have completed my training as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-Intern). In addition, I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 5 years experience treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and providing support services to their families.
I use both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorders, chemical dependency and Family conflict. Counseling is an opportunity for clients to address personal and psychosocial concerns that may be adversely impacting their life in a calm, non-judgmental environment. Our relationship is based on a collaborative approach to identify issues, develop goals and effective skills to best get your needs met. My goal as your counselor is to assist you in evoking passion in your purpose, and ultimately improve the quality of your life.
