licensed clinical social worker

I am a licensed clinical social worker who provides therapy to adults. I work with diverse, creative, and thoughtful people looking to gain insight into their own experiences and challenges. I frequently treat persons struggling with life transitions, stress, depression, anxiety with or without panic attacks, relationship conflict or loss, low self-esteem, worry, intrusive or unwelcome thoughts, folks working on alcohol and drug abuse recovery, persons addressing identity development, adults who have difficult or absent relationships with their parents now or in childhood, and persons with psychotic disorders who are looking for supportive therapy in addition to their ongoing medication management provided by their psychiatrist.

I hold a master’s degree in social work from University of Texas Arlington, and a certificate of completion of the Post Graduate Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program from The Dallas Psychoanalytic Center and the Dallas Society of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. I have experience in hospital-based psychiatric inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs, where I routinely work with persons with severe mental health and chemical dependency issues.

I am a provider for traditional Medicare Part B. I am out-of-network with other insurance companies. I collect payment at each session and can provide a summary of services for you to submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement if your health plan includes out-of-network benefits.
