sarah hill, ba

master's student in counseling

supervised by jackie holmes, lpc

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts from Ouachita Baptist University, and is currently pursuing a master’s in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary. While in school, she has had the opportunity to work for the Life Development program at Innovation 360 and assist Dr. Blake Mitchell at Blake P. Mitchell & Associates.

Sarah is passionate about creating a safe and comfortable place for her clients to be heard, process, and grow in their understanding of themselves and their circumstances. Her approach to therapy is dependent on the client, but tends to be person-centered while incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

Sarah has interest and experience in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and mood and personality disorders. She loves working with teenagers and young adults, but is open to all ages. Sarah understands life can be hard, but believes no one has to walk through it alone. She believes the first step is to realize your need or desire for help. She celebrates and counts it as an honor when a client is willing to step into the counseling process with her.

Sarah works out of ROCC’s Richardson office. To schedule an appointment with her, please call 469-619-7622 or email ROCC's Richardson office at richlandoaks@gmail.com.
