Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. Beginning anything new or different can feel scary, and the fact that you’re exploring profiles shows a powerful step toward change and healing. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process. As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. I deeply understand how the world can feel overwhelming, rigid, or confusing at times. I value creating a space where stimming, sensory needs, communication differences, and nontraditional ways of thinking or feeling are welcomed and honored. I offer a judgment-free, confidential, and safe environment where we can explore who you are, what you’ve been through, and who you’re becoming. My approach is grounded in exploring deep themes of existence, unconditional positive regard, and helping you build insight, confidence, and clarity. We’ll work together to help you regulate your nervous system, and rediscover your most authentic self. Therapy is not about “fixing” you. It’s about empowering you to know yourself deeply and move forward with more self-trust and compassion.
