You deserve a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Here, you can show up exactly as you are: no performing, just being. I am so glad you’re here. I am a LPC Associate supervised by Jeremy Cooper PhD, LPC-S. As a neurodivergent therapist (AudHD), I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. I am EMDR-t for trauma reprocessing, use IFS informed parts work, and offer somatic regulation strategies. You’ve spent enough time editing yourself for others. This space is for your unfiltered self. Here, there is room for your questions, your joy, your grief, and your truth. All of it belongs. My clients are often on the spectrum themselves or have histories of complex trauma and now feel weighed down by many different symptom expressions: anxiety, depression, grief, anger, mania, dissociation, executive functioning issues, relationship troubles, and more. This space is for you to explore who you are, what you’ve been through, and who you’re becoming. My goal is to help clients connect with themselves more deeply, gain insights, process emotions, and build self-understanding through both the mind and body.
