Eva Obergfell
licensed professional counselor associate
supervised by Jeremy Cooper, PHD, lpc-s
Hi, my name is Eva! I am a LPC-Associate supervised by Dr. Jeremy Cooper.
I use a cognitive-behavioral approach to counseling, which means I intend to help you identify how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact and affect your overall well-being. Together, we will aim to explore any thoughts or behaviors that are maintaining discontent and work to adjust those patterns so that you begin experiencing more positive ways of being.
I am interested in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, career-related stress, and LGBTQ+ specific concerns.
I look forward to being part of your journey towards improving your well-being.
Eva works out of ROCC’s Richardson office. To schedule an appointment with her, please call 469-619-7622 or email ROCC's Richardson office at ROCC@richlandoaks.org.
“We don’t hear much about how painful it is to go from being completely stuck to becoming unstuck. The process of becoming unstuck requires tremendous bravery, because basically we are completely changing our way of perceiving reality, like changing our DNA. We are undoing a pattern that is just not our pattern. It’s the human pattern.”
