Licensed Psychologist
I am a Licensed Psychologist with a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. My training and experiences have included providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families. I have also discovered a passion for doing the same with adults and couples. While I primarily work from a cognitive-behavioral foundation, I also use components from other approaches as needed to best meet the needs of my patients. In all my clinical work, I use an approach that recognizes you are your own expert and I am here to guide and help you reach your goals.
In addition to providing psychotherapy, I also enjoy providing psychological assessments for individuals across the lifespan. I have experience answering a variety of referral questions including concerns with emotional difficulties, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities, disability evaluations, etc.
Outside of my clinical work, I also enjoy spending time cooking and baking for friends and family, exercising, and (when possible) enjoying the wonderful attractions Texas has to offer!
